This good stud colt is out
of one of our best Quarter Horse mares with both King P234 and Colonel
Freckles on her papers. She was used extensively as a cow horse
before being placed in the broodmare band. She has raised
several good colts. These horses have a lot of heart and try about
them. The sire is a 16 hand, 1300 pound, 25% Joe Hancock
red roan stud. This stud has been used for several years on
the ranch and can do anything you need a good horse to do. The
previous two colts out of this cross were both red roan fillies;
however Chilly took his mother's bay color. This colt is very gentle
and easy going and should mature at 15 to 15.2 hands. These colts
historically have been very intelligent and Chilly is a good
prospect to make a good all around hand.
